Where Can I See My Subscription Details and Invoices?

You can view the details of your Nelio A/B Testing subscription, including your invoices, both from your WordPress Dashboard and through your FastSpring account, our secure payment provider.

In the Nelio A/B Testing plugin

1. Open the Nelio A/B Testing menu in your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to the Account tab. You must have an Admin role to access this page.
3. After entering your license key, you’ll see your subscription details, including:
   • the plan you are subscribed to
   • your license key
   • your next renewal date and amount
   • the email used for the purchase
   • your Billing History
4. In the Billing History section, you can click any invoice to open or download it.

A Manage Payments link is also available here if you want to access your payment methods or view additional details in FastSpring.

In your FastSpring account

When you subscribe, FastSpring sends you an email with your receipt, license key, and a personalized link titled Manage Your Orders. You can use this link at any time to access your FastSpring account.

In FastSpring, you’ll find:

• all your past orders and invoices
• your subscription information
• renewal dates and charges
• your payment methods and account details

You can also manage your payment methods and access your invoices from your FastSpring account.
