What Happens If My Monthly Quota of Page Views Gets Exhausted?

If your site reaches its monthly Tested Page View quota, Nelio A/B Testing will temporarily stop tracking visitors on your site. Your tests will still run and display variants normally, but no new page views or conversions will be recorded until quota becomes available again.

What You Can Expect

Email Notification

If you enabled usage notifications in the plugin settings, you’ll receive an email when your quota is close to being exhausted or has been exhausted.

Next Monthly Quota Cycle

At the beginning of your next monthly quota cycle, the Tested Page Views included in your plan are added to your account and tracking resumes automatically.

Quota is managed on a monthly basis, regardless of whether you have a monthly or annual subscription.

Options to Restore Tracking Immediately

If you don’t want to wait for the next monthly quota cycle, you can increase your available quota:

1. Go to Nelio A/B Testing → Account in your WordPress Dashboard.
2. In the account details, you’ll see options to Buy Additional Quota or Upgrade Your Subscription to a higher plan.

Once additional quota becomes available in your account, Nelio A/B Testing can resume tracking visitors.
