Which Sub-Processors Does Nelio Use to Handle My Personal Data?

We use selected sub-processors to assist in providing our services while ensuring privacy and security.

A sub-processor is a third-party data processor retained by us, who has or may have access to our services data, such as your email while providing our services to you.

We use a commercially reasonable selection process to evaluate the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of such sub-processors. In addition, we have signed a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with all of them to ensure that these sub-processors meet the contractual obligations required by applicable privacy and security legislation.

Note that we do not collect or manage billing information. For security reasons and to minimize selling complexities, we use FastSpring as a reseller or our services. Therefore, any information regarding payments for our services is exclusively managed by FastSpring.
