What Happens to My Information After Cancelling My Subscription to Nelio A/B Testing?

When you cancel your subscription, you keep full access to Nelio A/B Testing until the end of the current billing period. Once that period ends, your Premium features are deactivated and the plugin automatically switches to the free version.

What you keep

• All your previously created tests
• All test results from past tests
• Access to the plugin’s free features

No data is deleted when your subscription ends.

What changes

• Your accumulated tested page view quota is removed.
• The free plan quota of 500 tested page views per month is applied.
• Premium features (such as multiple active tests, heatmaps, segmentation, etc.) become unavailable.

What happens when the free quota runs out

If you reach the 500 tested page view limit of the free plan, new page views will no longer be tracked, and the tests on your site will stop collecting new data until the next monthly reset.

Your tests remain visible, but they will not record traffic until quota becomes available again.
