How to Subscribe and Activate Your Nelio A/B Testing Subscription

When you install Nelio A/B Testing, your website is automatically connected to Nelio Cloud using the Free plan. This lets you explore the plugin and run tests with a limited monthly quota of tested page views.

Upgrading to a paid subscription unlocks additional page views, advanced features, and priority support.

This guide explains how to subscribe, activate your license, and manage your subscription inside WordPress.

Subscribe to Nelio A/B Testing

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Nelio A/B Testing → Account.
  2. Click Subscribe.
  3. Choose the plan that best fits your needs.
  4. Complete your purchase securely through FastSpring, our merchant of record.

Once your purchase is complete, FastSpring will send you a confirmation email with your license key.

💡 Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team.

Activate Your License

After you receive your license key:

  1. Go back to your WordPress dashboard and open Nelio A/B Testing → Account.
  2. Click Use License.
  3. Paste your license key you received by email.
  4. Click Apply.

Nelio will automatically:

  • Validate your license.
  • Activate your subscription.
  • Update your available quota.
  • Display your subscription details.

Once activation finishes, the Account page will show information such as:

  • Billing and account management links.
  • Your current plan.
  • Available quota.
  • Renewal date.

💡 Renewals are automatic, but you can cancel your subscription, upgrade your plan or purchase additional quota directly from the Account page in your WordPress dashboard whenever you need.

Manage Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription directly from the Account page in WordPress.

Depending on your plan, you’ll be able to:

  1. Upgrade or change your subscription.
  2. Purchase additional quota.
  3. Cancel automatic renewal.
  4. Access your billing information.

Payments and Invoices

Nelio Software uses FastSpring to securely process payments.

From the Account page you can access:

  • Manage Payments to update your payment method.
  • View Invoices to download invoices or review previous purchases.

⚠️ Note: Your FastSpring account is separate from your Nelio A/B Testing account. You only need to access FastSpring when managing billing or payment information.

Privacy and Data

All A/B testing and analytics data are processed anonymously, in full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other international privacy regulations. No personally identifiable information from your website visitors is ever collected or stored as part of tests.

If you have a paid subscription, Nelio only keeps the information needed to manage your license (name, email address, and plan details). All payment data is securely handled and stored by FastSpring, our authorized merchant of record, and is never handled directly by Nelio.

Troubleshooting

My license key isn’t accepted.

  • Make sure you’ve copied the entire license key.
  • Check that there are no extra spaces before or after it.
  • Verify that you’re using the latest version of Nelio A/B Testing.

My subscription doesn’t appear after activation

Wait a few moments and refresh the Account page.
