How Do I Purchase Additional Quota?

If you have an active Nelio A/B Testing subscription, you can purchase additional tested page view quota at any time.

Buying extra quota from the plugin

  1. Open the Nelio A/B Testing menu in your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Click the Buy More Quota button.
  4. A dialog will open where you can select the amount of extra quota you want to purchase and confirm the order.

The purchase is processed automatically using your default payment method in FastSpring, our payment provider.

Changing the payment method before purchase

If you want to use a different payment method, you can update it in FastSpring:

  1. In the Account tab, look for the Billing History box.
  2. Click the Manage Payments link. This takes you to your FastSpring account.
  3. Open the Account Details and Payment Methods section.
  4. Add, remove, or update payment methods and set a new default.

Nelio A/B Testing will use the default payment method for the quota purchase.

After completing the purchase

It may take a short moment for the new quota to be added to your account. You will receive an email confirming the purchase. After that, refresh your Account page in Nelio A/B Testing and you should see the updated quota reflected correctly.
