How Do I Manage My Account?

Nelio A/B Testing uses FastSpring as its merchant of record. This means that all payment-related information, including invoices, payment methods, and subscription details, is handled through your FastSpring account.

Accessing your FastSpring account from email

When you purchase a subscription, FastSpring sends you an email receipt. This message includes:

• your license key
• your order details
• a personalized link titled “Manage Your Orders”

You can use this link at any time to access your FastSpring account.

Accessing your FastSpring account from WordPress

You can also manage your account directly from the plugin:

1. Go to the Nelio A/B Testing menu and open the Account tab.
2. Make sure your license key has already been entered.
3. In the Billing History box, click the Manage Payments link.
4. You will be redirected to your FastSpring account dashboard.

You need to have an Admin role in WordPress to access this page.

What you can do in FastSpring

In your FastSpring account, you can:

• review and download your billing history and invoices
• update your payment method (depending on FastSpring’s supported options)
• manage or cancel your subscription
