How Do I Change My Payment Details?

Nelio A/B Testing uses FastSpring as its merchant of record, so all payment information is managed directly through your FastSpring account. To update your payment method, you’ll need to access your FastSpring dashboard.

Steps to update your payment details

1. Open your FastSpring account.
   • You can access it through the link included in your original FastSpring receipt email, or
   • From the Nelio A/B Testing plugin by going to the Account tab and clicking the Manage Payments link in the Billing History box.
2. Once in FastSpring, go to the Account Details and Payment Methods section.
3. Add, remove, or update your payment methods as needed.
4. Select the payment method you want to use as the default for future renewals or purchases.

FastSpring will automatically use your default payment method for subscription renewals and for any additional quota purchases you make from the plugin.
