How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your Nelio A/B Testing subscription at any time. Open the Nelio A/B Testing menu in your WordPress Dashboard and go to the Account tab (you must have an Admin role to access this page). In the Account Details section, you will see your current subscription information. Click the Cancel Subscription link to stop automatic renewals.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription from the same Account page as long as the current billing period has not yet ended.

For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription, you can still use all Premium features until the end of the month. Once the subscription expires, the plugin will switch to the free version, which includes 500 tested page views per month. All your previous test results will remain available.

If you subscribed before January 15th, 2020 and do not see a Cancel Subscription button, you can cancel directly through your FastSpring account using the link in your original subscription confirmation email. If you cannot find that email or need help, contact us and we will assist you.
