Can I Run Tests on a Website That Has Cookies Disabled?
No. Nelio A/B Testing requires cookies to function correctly. Cookies are used to:
- Assign a visitor to a specific variant
- Ensure they consistently see the same version
- Support the tracking of test activity and conversions
Without cookies, Nelio cannot run tests or properly track their results.
What Happens If a Visitor Has Cookies Disabled?
Visitors with cookies disabled will still be able to browse your site normally. However:
- They will not participate in tests
- Their activity won’t be tracked or included in test results.
Your site remains fully accessible; only the A/B testing functionality is affected.
