After activating Session Recordings, it will take a while before you can play back the recordings being made (in the meantime, you can see some examples recorded on our website).
In particular, a session ends when a user takes one of the following actions:
- Leaves your site and does not return within 40 minutes.
- Does not interact with your site for 40 minutes.
- Have passed 4 hours since the start of the session.
After this period of time, you will be able to play your website session recordings.
