Nelio Popups allows you to open two or more popups at the same time. It may be the case that there are two or more popups defined at the same location, that can both be displayed. In that scenario, you can prevent opening a popup when there is another one that is already opened.
To change this settings to fit your needs, follow the next steps:
- Go to Nelio Popups » All Popups and edit the one you want.
- In the editor sidebar, go to the Settings panel, and open the Advanced tab.
There you will find two checkboxes to prevent your popup to display.

The first option, if checked, will prevent other popups to be displayed when the current one is visible. Therefore, once opened, no other popup will collide with this one.
The second option, if checked, will prevent the current popup from being opened when other popups are already visible. Therefore, if your visitor already has another popup opened, this one you are editing won’t display even if the triggers and conditions are valid.
With the combination of this two settings, you can manage the popup collisions. You decide which ones are valid and which are not. This is specially useful when you want to control if a floating popup in the sidebar can be displayed after some scroll offset even if the visitor already has another popup opened.
After setting the options that you want, save the popup and then your decisions will be live.
