Do you need to change billing information for your Nelio Forms Premium account? Keeping your payment details up to date will help ensure that your license renews successfully.
In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to change or update the billing information for your Nelio Forms Premium account.
First, visit the Account Management Area. Here, you’ll need to enter your email address and click Continue.
Once inside your Account Management Area, click the Account Details and Payment Methods tab. There you can find the details about your account.
To change your profile details, click the Edit button and there you can change your recipient data for the next orders. This is specially useful if you want to transfer your account to a new person or organization.
In addition to it, if you want to change the current payment method you need first to add a new payment method. To do so, click the Add Payment Method button on the top right corner.
Here you can add a new credit/debit card information or a PayPal account. Note that if you click on Apply to all my subscriptions, the new payment method will be applied to all your future orders.
If you select Credit / Debit Card, this will open a form allowing you to add your new credit / debit card details. Once you complete the form, be sure to click the Save Payment Details button to add the details to your account.
On the other hand, if you select PayPal Checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal in order to introduce your new credentials.
