Nelio Content analytics includes information about the engagement of your content. Remember that you have to enable the analytics first in order to see this information.

This piece of analytics indicates the number of interactions that a content (post, page, or other) has received in total, since it was published. This total is the number that appears just below the word Engagement, as you can see in the previous image.
And below this number we find the breakdown by type of participation, including the following:
- The number of times the post has been shared on Twitter.
- The number of times the post has been shared on Facebook.
- The score the post has on Reddit.
- The number of comments received by the post in WordPress.
Note that the sum of each of these values forms the total amount you can see just below the word Engagement.
Why isn’t engagement available on all networks?
Nelio Content analytics do not include the number of times a content has been re-tweeted on LinkedIn, Google My Business or Tumblr because these social networks currently do not allow access to their information through external tools. As soon as they include this in their API, we will be happy to show it in Nelio Content.
As for Instagram and TikTok, you can only share videos and/or images on them, with no links pointing back to your website. This means there is no URL available to pull stats from these networks and extract a meaningful engagement value.
