How do I create a task in the calendar?

To create a new task, click on the + button at the top left in Nelio’s Editorial Caendar, and then click on Task:

Note that this option will only be available to subscribers. The following dialog will then pop up:

New Task Dialog

which contains the following fields:

  • Task Description,
  • Task’s Assignee, that is, who’s responsible for completing the task, and
  • Due Date, or a deadline for completing the task.
  • Colour marking to help you better identify the tas.

Once you fill in all fields properly, the Create button will be enabled. If there’s something amiss, the button will remain disabled—hover over it with your mouse to know what’s wrong and be able to fix it.

Another option for creating new social message is action icons included in each individual day. Hover over a day in the calendar with your mouse and you’ll see a + with the following actions:

Click on the first icon (c) to open the previous dialogue. If you use one of these icons, the new task’s due date will be automatically set to the selected day.
