How do I create and use task presets

The tasks involved in creating and promoting posts are often the same. Task presets make it possible to create tasks one and reuse them when creating new content on your blog, saving you a lot of time in the process.

New Task Presets

In order to create a task preset, you can go Nelio Content » Settings » Task Presets

or click on Create reusable task presets now in the task creation dialog form of a post:

On the Task Presets page, click on Add Task Presets to create a new task preset and add as many tasks as you want:

You can add additional task presets, which will help you organize similar tasks into different groups:

Task presets groups.

Load Task Presets

Once you have one or more task presets ready, click on the Load Tasks tab to select the tasks you want to instantiate:

Select the task preset or tasks presets you want to create:

Post with a group of task presets added
Post with a group of task presets added.

The Nelio Content calendar will display your post and all its related tasks.
