We’ve just launched Nelio Content 3.6 and it’s huge. This new version extends your content’s reach by integrating with Medium, allowing you to effortlessly share your blog posts on an additional publishing platform. Version 3.6 also improves your content management capabilities by implementing a new Content Board view and a set of tools to automatically run actions when certain events occur. Here’s everything you need to know about it.
Content Board
Back in 2016 Nelio Content introduced the Editorial Calendar into your WordPress site. This calendar offered a unified view of all your content and marketing efforts into one single place. It’s a great tool to keep your deadlines in check and make sure you and your team are always on the good track.
However, for some users the Editorial Calendar was not enough – they needed more. And so we listened.
The premium version of Nelio Content 3.6 introduces a new view to manage your WordPress content: the Content Board. This Kanban-like board organizes your blog posts per status, offering a useful overview of your current workflow:

This board uses the already-familiar user experience introduced in Nelio Content’s editorial calendar. That is, you’ll be able to filter what content is show by type, status, or author, focus on different dates, change a post’s status by dragging and dropping it, or quickly editing said post with just a couple of clicks:

If you’re not a Nelio Content subscriber yet and would like to use this view, get your license right away and save up to 60% on any of our plans!
Medium Support
Just a few months ago, in June, Nelio Content 3.5 introduced support for Threads. Today, we’re excited to announce that Nelio Content 3.6 further expands its social media capabilities by adding Medium to its list of supported platforms.

With Medium integration, you can write blog posts on your WordPress site and easily share them on Medium to reach a broader audience. Moreover, there’s no need to worry about duplicate content—posts shared on Medium via Nelio Content will include a canonical link back to your WordPress site, ensuring you’re recognized as its author and owner.

Nelio Content
I’m so happy about Nelio Content that I will sound like a payed advocate… but here’s why you’ll love it: it works as promised, its auto-scheduling feature is top-notch, Nelio’s value for money is unmatched, and the support team feels like your own.

Future Actions
Last, but not least, Nelio Content 3.6 premium implements future actions to further automate your content strategy workflows. With future actions, you can schedule a set of actions that should run in the future and automatically change something about your posts:

If you want to stick a post, unpublish it, change its status, or change its categories and tags, to name a few examples, you can now do it easily with our plugin while editing a post:

or from the Editorial Calendar and Content Board views, using Nelio’s post quick editor:
